Analysts are considered the BACKBONE of PSAMG. As an analyst, you are responsible for BoW and EoW reports, adhoc market updates regarding events transpiring in the sector, and pitches three times a semester. While the work is time-consuming, all analysts are considered mentee's and are guided by every member of the Penn State Asset Management Group. 

To become an analyst, PSDA analysts must go through a 12-week education program covering the basics of commodities & derivatives and how they engage with the current market environment. After the 12 weeks, PSDA analysts are invited to interview for a spot as a PSAMG analyst.
