President
Cole Woolard
Cole is a junior majoring in Finance and an active member of the Phi Chi Theta Business Fraternity. Outside of school, Cole enjoys watching football and playing soccer. Cole has perviously served as Chief Investment Officer and Associate of AMG's Index Derivatives sector. Cole will be at J.P. Morgan for the summer of 2026 within their private banking division.

Alex Micca
Alex is a junior Finance major from Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. He previously served as Director of Operations andAssociate of AMG's Index Derivatives Sector. Outside of school, he is very passionate about fitness and nutrition, and he enjoys spending time at the beach with his family. He will be in NYC during the summer of 2026 as a Global Markets Summer Analyst at Barclays.
Chief Investment Officer
Mike McGinley
Mike is a junior from Mechanicsburg, PA, majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is an incoming 2026 GCB Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. At Penn State he is also involved with the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program and Theta Chi Fraternity. Previously he has served as Director of Pitch Standards and Associate of AMG's Foreign Exchange Sector. Outside of School he enjoys watching sports and skiing.

Keira Kuch
Keira Ruch is a sophomore studying finance. She is currently the Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Social Media and Marketing for the AMG. Previously she was an Associate in AMG's Interest Rates Products Sector and an Analyst in AMG's Metals Sector. She enjoys being a part of THON and the Penn State Concert Choir.

Jake Pausley
Jacob is a sophomore from Burnt Hills, NY, pursuing a double major in Finance and Economics. He is an incoming 2026 Sales & Trading Summer Analyst at Citi. Previously he has served as Director of Risk and Associate of AMG's Foreign Exchange Sector. Some of his hobbies include hiking and skiing.

Ryan Hetcko
Ryan is a Sophomore finance major and economics minor. This summer, he will be interning for PNC within their capital markets division. Outside of classes, he loves to play golf and go skiing, and is a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Ryan has previously severed as an Associate in AMG's Interest Rates Products Sector.
