The responsibilities of a director varies depending on the type of director position held. Higher responsibility directors manage the organizations finances, technology, human resources, career outreach, and member outreach. Despite those positions, PSAMG directors hold positions under member development  as well, and are expected to act as a more thorough mentor to the younger classes.
