Director of Member Development
Ryan Criste
Ryan is a junior Finance major and an incoming 2025 Asset & Wealth Management Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He was formerly an Analyst and Associate for the AMG Interest Rate Products Sector. Outside of finance, he enjoys golf, working out, and spending time with friends and family.

Samuel Arrage
Sam is a junior Finance major and an incoming Equities Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley. He was formerly an Associate in AMG's Index Derivatives Sector and an Analyst in The Energy Sector. Outside of finance, Sam enjoys going to the beach and playing soccer.

Michael McGinley
Michael is a Finance and Accounting major from Mechanicsburg, PA. He previously served as an AMG Foreign Exchange Associate, and is currently a member of the Sapphire Leadership Academic Program and Theta Chi Fraternity.

Sougi Akurathi
Sougi is a sophomore from West Chester, PA. Aside from her involvement in AMG, she is also the VPF of Alpha Omicron Pi Sorority. In her free time, she is passionate about working out and healthy eating. She also loves to hang out with her friends.

Max Lee
Max is a junior Finance major from Livingston, NJ. He previously served as a member of the AMG PAG team, and currently serves as sole Associate of the Metals Sector.

Matthew Hoban
Matt is a junior Finance major and an incoming U.S. Private Bank Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. He previously served as Associate of the Metals Sector, and is also involved in the Smeal Student Council. In his free time, Matt enjoys running, attending Phillies games, and listening to music on the beach.

Anthony Buoscio
Anthony is a sophomore Finance major from Westfield, NJ. He previously served as an Associate of the AMG Equity Derivatives Sector, and is currently a member of the Penn State Men's Club Lacrosse team, and is the President of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity.
